Honda knows that Indian market is really price sensitive and hence the scooter launched by Honda has the lowest price in this segment. So here, we are introducing you to Honda Cliq which is basically an 110 cc scooter and let us know more about this product.

Honda is targeting the rural as well as anurban market with the product and the design of this scooter has been inspired by Navi which is a similar scooter but with a higher price. The main difference between Cliq and Navi is that the new product doesn’t have a spine which is a trademark of motorcycle design. The scooter also has a powertrain and front suspension which has been derived from Activa and the design of Cliq is a little different from Navi as it resembles more to a scooter.

Honda Cliq

Cliq looks really unique in terms of design and the tires of this scooter are being manufactured by Ceat and MRF. The tires are basically tubeless tires which are perfect for road condition and it basically has a 10-inch rim. The front fender of the scooter is made of plastic but it has graphics of carbon fiber and hence it looks as if it is made of carbon fiber. The handlebar doesn’t have any plastic faring or housing.

The instrument cluster of the scooter also looks neat and there is also a choke lever for cold starts. The switches on the handle bar are easy to use and it has all the standard functions that are required like the ignition button, indicators, headlamp button and the horn.

The bike comes with 110 cc engine which churns out enough power to run the scooter on the roads and the scooter doesn’t feel under powered at all. In addition to this, the mileage of the scooter is also quite remarkable and with the price package, it surely becomes really an attractive buy. During the ride, the scooter gives a confidence to the rider and the brakes are very responsive. The scooter doesn’t slip even on the wet roads which make it great for the Indian roads.
